Renewable Natural Gas continues to grow at a rapid rate. New facilities, markets and policies are emerging throughout North America and the world. Mr. Cox will discuss the key attributes of RNG that are driving this growth and future demand.

The presentation will cover important regulatory changes at the federal level impacting natural gas LDCs and the industry more broadly. Ms. Lani will also discuss decarbonization efforts impacting natural gas use across the country, from codes & standards development to state/local natural gas bans to federal policy initiatives.

Gas Buyers often have a somewhat different perspective than other stakeholders across the value chain when it comes to current market conditions, developments and issues. Whether regulated or unregulated, Gas Buyers exist at the end of the value chain, essentially faced with reacting to market developments that are mostly out of their control. Creative negotiation of commercial purchasing terms are vital to these constituents ensuring flexibility, security of supply, and competitive prices. This panel will shed light on gas buyer perspectives on a number of topical issues facing the market.
